THERESE LEE  will return to New York for an encore performance of  RIDING THE BUS TO THE RED CARPET which has received the 2023 Bistro Award for Outstanding Autobiographical Show.

The city that never sleeps comes to dynamic life in the Springer Theatre's production of 'Guys and Dolls,' winner of nine Tony Awards, including best musical. From the heart of Times Square to the heat of Havana, the romantic comedy is a spectacular representation of Broadway’s golden age that opens March 17 at 7:30 PM on the Springer’s Mainstage.

Academy Award and Emmy Award winner Steven Soderbergh will make his New York City theatrical producing debut with the World Premiere of The Fears, a new play by Emma Sheanshang, and directed by Dan Algrant. Five-time Tony Award winner John N. Hart Jr. serves as Executive Producer.

Musical director Joseph Thalken will be accompanying one of his long-time collaborators Patti LuPone in her cabaret show Don’t Monkey with Broadway February 9, 2023 at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

On February 11 at 7:30 PM, Seaglass Theater Company will present Kahn Artist at Gallery X in the historic Seaport Cultural District of New Bedford, MA.

Nathan Lane returns to Broadway this season in the new play Pictures From Home! BIRDLAND THEATER will present Nicolas King – the celebrated pop and jazz vocalist on Thursday, February 9 at 8:30 PM.

Simard's concept for the show, which she performed twice at 54 Below, was that she has mostly played second banana to many of her musical theater idols on stage, so Simard would honor that star with a song they are known for. It's a fun idea, brilliantly executed by Simard and her musical director and accompanist Steve Marzullo.

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present an exclusive six-show engagement from Rickie Lee Jones to preview her upcoming album Pieces of Treasure from Thursday, April 6 to Saturday, April 8 with shows at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM.

Bernadette Peters is stepping in to headline the Manhattan Theatre Club Winter Benefit this evening at the Ziegfeld Ballroom. Peters replaces the previously announced Kelli O'Hara. Due to a positive COVID diagnosis, O'Hara is unable to perform at the MTC benefit this evening.

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present the return of the Our Sinatra – the acclaimed musical revue celebrating the music of Frank Sinatra – on Monday, December 26 for three shows at 5:30 PM, 8:00 PM, and 10:00 PM.

Each week, the club shines a spotlight on both up-and-coming and established performers, all taking a turn on the stage for an impromptu song with the Cast Party Symphony Orchestra, led by Billy Stritch, with Daniel Glass on drums and Steve Doyle on bass. Check out photos here!
