Eileen Fulton, who stars on the CBS-TV soap opera, 'As the World Turns' is returning to one of NYC's premiere cabaret clubs, Don't Tell Mama, beginning, Friday, April l6 - Sunday, April l8th in a special 3 day tribute concert , aptly titled , As the World Turns celebrating her 50th years on the show.

After more than 50 years on the air, CBS is canceling the soap opera As the World Turns, according to Variety. The final episode will be broadcast in September of 2010 in its 54th year. The completion of the show is reportedly a reflection of ratings decline, a pattern CBS also saw with it's other daytime drama, the recently cancelled Guiding Light.

Richard Skipper will join Eileen Fulton in her annual holiday show, THE CHRISTMAS SHOW, at Don't Tell Mama. The performance will take place Saturday, December 5th at 3PM.

Joan Kobin, accomplished singer on Broadway, and respected voice teacher to many Hollywood and Broadway stars, passed away in her sleep of natural causes on May 30th, 2009.

The Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs will celebrate the 22nd Annual MAC Awards, on May 6, 2008, at B.B. King Blues Club, in New York City. The announcement came from the Board of Directors of MAC; Ricky Ritzel, President. Lennie Watts will be directing the Awards Ceremony.
