David Arquette is set to star as the lead in  APALACHIN, an indie feature being directed by Danny A. Abeckaser, according to Deadline.

Hosted by The Estate of Michael Jackson and Sony Music in honor of the King of Pop's very special birthday, guests are invited to DAYLIGHT Beach Club following a performance of the critically acclaimed Michael Jackson ONE show at Mandalay Bay. The venue will be filled with experiential activations inspired by  Michael Jackson's iconic short films. Sway Calloway of “Sway in the Morning” will emcee the night which will feature  a surprise superstar  performance, a guest DJ set by Mark Ronson, house DJs and more.

Sony Crackle today announced that the network's upcoming original comedy series 'Rob Riggle's Ski Master Academy' will debut on Thursday, August 23, with a special advance debut on Amazon Fire TV through the Sony Crackle app starting Monday, August 13. In addition, the free streaming network unveiled additional guest stars joining the series, including Dermot Mulroney ('My Best Friend's Wedding'), Christopher McDonald ('Happy Gilmore'), Noël Wells ('Master of None'), David Arquette ('Amanda & Jack Go Glamping,' 'Cleaners'), Jamie-Lynn Sigler ('The Sopranos'), Jamie Chung ('Big Hero 6'), Haley Joel Osment ('Future Man,' 'Silicon Valley') and more.
