Notre Dame's Department of Film, Television, and Theatre (FTT) has announced TUKO! TUKO! Or Princess of the Lizard Moon, written and directed by FTT professor Anton Juan, at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center's Philbin Studio Theatre, April 19-23.

For nearly two centuries, Victor Hugo's novel, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, has captured the imaginations of readers all over the globe.  Set in one of the most recognizable buildings ever created, the story follows the trials and tribulations of the outcast bell ringer, Quasimodo, as he navigates through a world of colorful characters filled with lust, deceit, and revenge.  

Dancers over 40 will present a very special salute to Dame Angela Lansbury, Monday, May 15th at 8pm at the Actors' Temple Theatre in NYC - the highlight of their Spring season.

For the final MainStage production in the 2022-23 Season, Theater Works will present The Hunchback of Notre Dame from February 17- March 5 in Gyder Theater at Peoria Center for the Performing Arts.

Dame Angela Lansbury has passed away at age 96. Angela Lansbury's career spanned more than 75 years. She was the winner of five Tony Awards, her Broadway debut was in 1957 in Hotel Paradiso, followed by A Taste of Honey (1960), Anyone Can Whistle (1964), and in Mame (1966), winning her first Tony.
