International recording artist and Broadway star Declan Bennett (Rent, Eastenders) brings his band, Declan Bennett and The Mess, together for a one-night-only reunion concert at The Lindeman in NYC on Wednesday, December 14, 2016.

The Muskegon Museum of Art (MMA) in Michigan will be showcasing an 18th century manuscript in Sanskrit of an extract from the sacred Hindu text "Puranas", from December eight to February 12, in its "Expressions of Faith" exhibition.

The Saints, Chicago's Volunteers for the Performing Arts, have announced that it is awarding $125,000 in grants to 28 performing arts groups in the Chicago metropolitan area for 2016.

The Dramatists Guild Fund welcomes a slew of stars for their 2015 Gala tonight! As previously announced, actor, musician and Emmy-nominated composer, Darren Criss will host and perform at DGF's annual gala GREAT WRITERS THANK THEIR LUCKY STARS at Gotham Hall (1356 Broadway at 36th Street) this evening, October 26 (cocktail reception at 6:30pm, dinner and celebration at 7:30pm).

Deaf West Theatre's acclaimed production of Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik's SPRING AWAKENING, directed by Michael Arden and choreographed by Spencer Liff, opened just last night, September 27, at Broadway's Brooks AtkinsonTheatre (256 West 47th Street). 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Ben Thompson in his solo show debut for a one-night-only performance, Tuesday, August 25th, at 9:30 PM.  Thompson will take the audience on a genre-bending sonic journey through some of his favorite songs - spanning rock, rap and punk, to Broadway, jazz and even some original tunes. 

Continuing its ongoing efforts of supporting the development of new musicals and plays under its SigWorks program, Signature Theatre in Arlington, VA is currently workshopping SCKBSTD by Grammy Award-winning composer/lyricist Bruce Hornsby, lyricist Chip deMatteo and book writer Joe Calarco (Shakespeare's R&J, Walter Cronkite is Dead) based on an original book by Clay McLeod Chapman (rest area, The Tribe Trilogy). The workshop will culminate in an invitation only presentation.

On August 30th, cast members from the original Broadway and touring productions of Spring Awakening will come together on the stage of 54 Below in 'Spring & Summer.'
