But William Michals is the one Broadway star of today who is the singular baritone born for that great music.

Lookingglass Theatre Extends MOBY DICK

Due to ticket demand, Lookingglass Theatre Company has added three weeks of performances to the World Premiere of Moby Dick, adapted and directed by ensemble member David Catlin from the book by Herman Melville, produced in association with The Actors Gymnasium. Moby Dick, which was originally scheduled through August 9, is now running June 10 - August 28, 2015 at Lookingglass Theatre Company, located inside Chicago's historic Water Tower Water Works, 821 N. Michigan Ave. at Pearson.  The Press Opening is Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.

Previews are Saturday, January 3 at 8:00 p.m.; Sunday, January 4 at 2p.m., Friday, January 9 and Saturday, January 10 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, January 11 at 2 p.m. Press Opening night is Tuesday, January 13 at 7 p.m.

Northwestern University Theatre in June, Shows Run Through 6/7

A vacant building on Howard Street, Evanston's first craft brewery and an 18-hole public golf course are sites for the three off-campus productions in the S.I.T.E. Festival, co-presented by Northwestern University's Virginia Wadsworth Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts -- formerly known as the Theatre and Interpretation Center. The plays will run through June 7.
