Bob Dylan and Band to Play Morris Performing Arts Center, 5/17
by Sally Henry Fuller
- Mar 7, 2015
American singer-songwriter BOB DYLAN performs at the Morris Performing Arts Center on Sunday, May 17, at 8:00 p.m. on his 2015 U.S. tour after coming off his highly-acclaimed concert performances in 2014. DYLAN has influenced popular music and culture for more than five decades. His early songs such as 'Blowin' in the Wind' and 'The Times They Are a-Changin' became anthems for the American civil rights and anti-war movements. Leaving his initial base in the American folk music revival, Dylan's six-minute single 'Like a Rolling Stone' altered the range of popular music in 1965.
