The Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) will present its sixteenth annual All-City Musical, MEMPHIS to crown the District's 2014-15 series of All-City Arts Programming. The production features the talents of nearly fifty CMSD students from across the District and will take place on the stage of the Ohio Theatre at Playhouse Square, May 22 - 24, 2015. Tony Sias, Director of Arts Education / Cleveland School of the Arts Artistic Director for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, co-directs the production with the CMSD All-City Arts Program's Managing Director, Kimberly Brown.

The production, which is directed by Daniel Evans, will play for a strictly limited season at Wyndham's Theatre, with previews from 16 April.

2015 is almost here, and that means that a slew of new shows are on their way to the Great White Way. Before the 2015 Awards season gets started, no less than nineteen new productions will take tike their first Broadway bows. Catch up on what's in store for the season ahead below!

Producers Scott Landis and Philip Morgaman have confirmed that 4-time Grammy Award winner Renee Fleming will make her Broadway debut this spring in the new comedy Living on Love by two-time Tony Award winner Joe DiPietro, based on the play Peccadillo by Garson Kanin, directed by three-time Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall. The production begins performances on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 and will open on Monday, April 20, 2015 at the Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street). Living on Love will play an 18-week engagement through Sunday, August 2, 2015.Tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, December 29, 2014.

West End's MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG, which was broadcast in cinemas across the United States earlier this fall, is now available for download over on Digital Theatre.

Earlier this week, the cast of A CHRISTMAS STORY, THE MUSICAL went to the 'Good Morning America' studios where they taped a special medley featuring 'It All Comes Down To Christmas' and 'Somewhere Hovering Over Indiana.' Airing this Friday, December 20, the performance features Erin Dilly, Jake Lucas, Noah Baird and David Scott Purdy as The Parker Family with kids ensemble Charlie Babbo, Hannah Bautista, Beada Briglia, Judae'a Brown, Michael Crispi, Alexa Niziak, Luke Spring and Nicky Torchia. The Ambassador Theatre Group Ltd (ATG) today announces that it has completed a deal to acquire 100% ownership of the Savoy and Playhouse theatres in London's West End from its current partners.

Following sold-out showings in New York City and buzz across the United States, Maria Friedman's award-winning production of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth's MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG has moved audiences around the world and now comes to 55 cinemas across Canada for one night only on Thursday, November 7.

The producers of A Christmas Story, The Musical have announced the full cast for the production when it arrives at The Theater at Madison Square Garden for its December 11 - 29, 2013 engagement. Reprising their roles will be Dan Lauria (Lombardi, 'The Wonder Years,' 'Sullivan and Son') as Jean Shepherd, John Bolton (Spamalot, Contact, Titanic, 'Boardwalk Empire,' 'Gossip Girl') as the Old Man, Tony Award nominee Erin Dilly (Nice Work if You Can Get It, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) as Mother and Caroline O'Connor (Chicago, Moulin Rouge) as school teacher Miss Shields. Eli Tokash (Mary Poppins) will play Ralphie at certain perforances, Noah Baird as little brother Randy, and Jake Lucas (Newsies, Far From Heaven), donning the famous spectacles will take on the lead role of Ralphie.
