The John W. Engeman Theater at Northport is pleased to close out its Third Season with the Classic Musical FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. To Life! Set in Tsarist Russia in 1905, this nostalgic favorite and enormously beloved story centers on Tevye (played by Tony Award nominee EDDIE MEKKA, Carmine Ragusa from Laverne & Shirley), the father of five daughters and his attempts, in a life of uncertainty and imbalance, to maintain his family and religious traditions while outside influences encroach upon their lives.

Based on Louisa May Alcott's own family experiences (and novel), LITTLE WOMEN, follows the adventures of Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March as they grow up in Civil War America. This wonderful narrative has been brought to life as an exhilarating musical filled with glorious music, dancing and heart. The timeless story of the beloved March sisters beautifully illustrates the thrill of chasing a dream and the power of love in a war-stricken family. This musical embodies the complete theatrical experience, guaranteeing laughter, tears, and a lifting of the spirit. Excellent cast makes the national touring production of the blockbuster Broadway hit 'Wicked' a powerful and intense recreation with its own personality and charms
