MURDER, SHE WROTE Film Adaptation In the Works

A film adaptation of Murder, She Wrote is currently in the works at Universal. Back in 2013, NBC announced a series reboot of Murder, She Wrote starring Octavia Spencer. At the time, Angela Lansbury praised Spencer as a 'absolutely wonderful' actress, but disapproved of the reboot overall.

Tickets are now on sale for Breathe the Sky, the new musical presentation written and directed by Three-time Tony Award winner and Boulder City, NV resident Kathleen K. Johnson. Featuring a cast of Las Vegas favorites led by The Righteous Brothers' Bucky Heard, the show will play Myron's At The Smith Center on September 11th and 12th for two special performances only.

Full disclosure: I saw Solve Along A Murder She Wrote in London a number of years ago. As soon as I saw it was on at the Fringe I elbowed my way through the other BW reviewers, pushed a couple of them over, stepping over their bodies, shocked looks on their faces ignored, just so I could get to the front of the queue and see this show again. And it did not disappoint.
