92Y announces a new Musical Theater Development Lab for 2018-2019. The Lab has chosen 13 musical theater artists at various stages of their careers - book writers, composers and lyricists - in creating new Theater for Young Audiences productions. Special industry guests include Tony Award-winning composer Maury Yeston (Nine, Titanic), who presents song critique, as well as licensing professionals offering an inside look at the economics of writing for young audiences.

Nicola and Managing Director Jeremy Blocker) has announced a benefit performance of the sold-out concert series, Mandy Patinkin in Concert: Diaries 2018. The one-night only benefit performance will take place on Monday, October 22 at 7pm.

Tickets are on general sale today for Mandy Patinkin in Concert: Diaries 2018 at nytw.org, with ticket prices ranging from $50-140. NYTW is committed to making tickets available to every production via its CheapTix initiative. For this special concert series, NYTW will partner with TodayTix to offer a limited number of tickets for $25 via a digital lottery.

The concerts will take place at the Connelly Theater (220 East 4th Street) Wednesday, October 10 through Sunday, October 28, 2018. Tickets will be available to NYTW members and donors beginning at Noon EST on Wednesday, September 5 at NYTW.org. Limited tickets will go on sale to the general public on Thursday, September 20.

Patinkin, star of the hit television series Homeland and one of the most versatile and compelling actors, singers and storytellers of our age, returns to Australia in November for the first time in five years to perform in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Tickets are on sale from Friday 3 August.

Last night, sixteen Broadway stars were featured in Broadway Sings Kelly Clarkson, the latest concert in the Broadway Sings concert series. The tribute concerts take the music of well-known music icons and create new, unique arrangements and orchestrations by twisting the style to fit the strength of the performer. Previous fifteen concerts have included Adele, Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake, and Rihanna. On August 20, the series will continue with Broadway Sings Alanis Morissette.
