Just last night, February 23, BroadwayWorld celebrated the Best in Cabaret for 2013 at Joe's Pub. The star-studded event was hosted by BroadwayWorld.com's lead cabaret columnist and reviewer Stephen Hanks for the second successive year, with BroadwayWorld Award Best Musical Director nominee Bill Zeffiro as the show's Musical Director/Pianist and Jon Burr on bass.

The star-studded line-up included performances by Terri White (Best One-Show Special Event), Jane Monheit (Best Female Jazz Vocalist), Jason Robert Brown (Best Original Song for a Show), Alice Ripley (Representing Best Variety or Recurring Series, Sondheim Unplugged at 54 Below), Jackie Hoffman (Best Musical Comedy Show), Lynn Ahrens & Stephen Flaherty (Best Revue), Ann Hampton Callaway (Best Tribute Show, Best Duo or Group Show), Liz Callaway (Best Duo or Group Show), Susie Mosher (Best Host, Variety Show or Recurring Series), Carole J. Bufford (Special Award for Vocalist of the Year), Marissa Mulder (Special Award for Performer of the Year), Nina Hennessey (Best CD Release), Champagne Pam? (Best Female Vocalist), Jonathan Whitton (Best Male Vocalist), and Billie Roe (singing a number from her Lennie Watts' Award directed Tom Waits Tribute Show).
