Audience members at the Sunday matinee of the Odyssey Theatre Ensemble's production of Broadway Bound were in for a treat -- playwright Neil Simon was seated in the front row. Check out photos from his appearance bleow!

Broadway Bound is Simon's semi-autobiographical play about Eugene and Stanley Jerome, brothers determined to break into show business as professional comedy writers.

The Odyssey production is directed by Jason Alexander (Seinfeld), who originated the role of Stanley in the 1986 Broadway production, and stars Ian Alda, Gina Hecht, Noah James, Michael Mantell, Allan Miller and Betsy Zajko.
