Last evening, February 18, The Pearl Theatre Company (J.R. Sullivan, Artistic Director) presented a reading of Chekov's The Seagull, adapted by Michael Raver (THE PICTURE OF DORIAN GRAY, FIRE ON BABYLON).
In this subtle re-imagining of the story, Chekov's poignant story of artistic struggles, love thwarted, and dreams deferred, unfolds against the backdrop of late 1930s New London, Connecticut.
Cast with the Director, Erin Albrecht (Stage Manager) and Kate Farrington (Dramaturg) from The Pearl
