Photo Coverage: HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH at The Drake Underground

Toronto based theatre company Breathe.Feel.Loved has brought its production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch back to Toronto, where it is currently on stage at The Drake Underground. Featuring Seth Drabinksy in the lead role made famous by John Cameron Mitchell, this rocking show is sure to please fans of the musical and those unfamiliar with the material alike.
The show is staged as a rock concert style musical which tells the story of Hedwig, a transsexual rocker who makes use of her indie band 'The Angry Inch' to tell the story of her life and her loves. The show is both heartbreaking and hilarious, and Seth does an incredible job of bringing this iconic character to life and giving her a unique and fresh perspective.
The Drake Underground is the perfect venue for this show, with its casual seating arrangements and built-in bar, you feel as though you are at a rock concert as Hedwig tells her story. The show is sure to make you laugh and cry, and if you're into that kind of thing - you can even sing along!
