When a blizzard buries the neighborhood under a 15-foot blanket of snow, three young adventurers climb out through their chimneys and use this tabula rasa as a canvas to imagine a new world: Foreverendia. "Foreverendia, originally a part of The Black Ship Co.'s 2011 reading series, is an excellent winter show. Everyone has been excited to work on this play because of how it highlights the importance of imagination and the good that it can do in people," said Black Ship's Production Manager Kathleen Henderson.

The cast includes Jen Walker (Bailey), Megan Captaine (Nim), Kalina "Kitten" McCreery (Alanna), Christine Jacobs (Maureen), John Stiens (Lawrence) and Andrew Tardif (Sir Babbles).

The production team consists of Bridget Lachowsky, stage manager; Joe Klug, scenic designer; Hunter Koerner, lighting designer; Janet Howe, costume designer; Tom Holmes, composer; Sean Howlett, photographer and Anna Caldwell, marketing coordinator.
Founded in 2010, The Black Ship Co. is a new play theater company that aims to bring new plays by many routes. They produce a reading series, main stage productions and also produce new works through The Black Curtain Project, in which they combine black box theater with web video to bring new plays from emerging playwrights to a broader audience.
