Who's who in Tennessee theater? Sometimes, without a program in your hand, it's difficult to know who's playing whom-hence, our newest feature: Hey, Jef, Here's My Headshot...featuring some of the Volunteer State's best-known-or soon-to-be-known all over the freakin' world-thespians. And have you ever wondered who the amazing photographers are who make them look so damn good? We're gonna tell ya…

Today's actor/subject/model is the handsome, talented and very busy Howard Snyder, photographed by Rebecca Schaefer.

This year, Howard celebrates his 30th year in community theatre (and the 15th anniversary of his debut with Circle Players in Bye Bye Birdie)! Hemost recently appeared as Mr. Pinky in Circle Players' Hairspray and John Hutchins in Night of January 16th at Towne Centre Theatre, and was last seen at the Keeton Theatre as Mr. Sawyer in Miracle on 34th Street, The Musical. Favorite past roles include Sohovik in Damn Yankees, Noah in Two By Two, and Sam in Crossing Delancey.  Howard also enjoys the technical side of theatre and has worked backstage or on the light-board for the Tennessee Women's Theater Project, Street Theatre Company, Keeton Theatre, and Circle Players.
