Photo Coverage Exclusive: Kristin Chenoweth Hosts Maddie's Corner Fundraising Event - Woof!

Saturday night, after giving her all on stage (as if that wasn't enough), Kristin Chenoweth hosted a fundraising event upstairs in the Grand Tier of City Center for her charity, Maddie's Corner (http://www.maddiescorner.org/). She spoke about the charity, as well as ASTEP (Mary-Mitchell Cambell's charity - http://asteponline.org/) and Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS (http://bcefa.org/) before going into the finale of her show, which was a song called "I Was Here" from her new album, SOME LESSONS LEARNED.

Tickets were pricey and were well worth, it as those in attendance were treated to endless food and drink and the star herself, working hard 'after hours' The evening was organized by her assistant Julie Trussell, Rochelle Doberman, the director of Maddie's Corner, and a host of volunteers.

The gift bags were so plentiful that they weighed everybody down, but had plenty of treats for humans and dogs alike. 

Maddie's Corner was founded by Kristin Chenoweth, in honor of her beloved Maltese, Madeline Kahn Chenoweth. Its mission is to bring attention and support to animals in need and groups working on their behalf, as well as to highlight the many ways animals help people and enrich our lives. "Animals Helping People- People Helping Animals"
