30th Astaire Awards producer Patricia Watt and The Douglas Watt Family Fund for the Performing hosted their annual holiday bash to celebrate the success of the foundation's Dance and movement therapy programs for autistic children.
Dance therapy has shown exemplary results for developmentally, emotionally and physically challenged children. The event also kicked off the organization's two Holiday Online Auctions. Among those filling the room and gathering around the piano for an old fashioned Holiday song fest were actor, director & choreographer Lee Roy Reams, producer Bruce Michael & Clif De Raita, Carolyn Kendall, Associate Producer of the upcoming 30th Astaire Awards and Co-chair of the Awards Gala with Alix Michel, soprano Anna Bergman (who will return to Feinstein's at Loews Regency), producer Wendy Federman, actress Colette Bryce, writer Debbie Tuma, longtime supporters Sara Johnson, Debra Scott and Sharon McConnell, Christopher Robbins of Robbins Wolfe Eventeurs, boxing legend Jake LaMotta who with singer Denise Baker gave the crowd a sample of their upcoming show "The Lady & the Champ" and scores more.
