Tony Award-winning actress Nikki M. James delighted students as their special surprise guest during the Broadway Artists Alliance 2011 Summer Workshop. Ms. James (currently starring the the Tony Award-winning The Book of Mormon) lent her talents for a surprise Q&A with the students of Broadway Artists Alliance.

Nikki M. James was a welcome addition to the Broadway Artists Alliance's roster of Tony winning guest speakers, which have recently included impressive talent such as Bebe Neuwirth, Lillias White, Sutton Foster, Karen Olivo, Gregory Jbara, Bill Irwin, Laura Benanti, Norbert Leo Butz, Beth Leavel, Michael Cerveris, Trent Kowalik, Douglas Hodge, John Gallagher Jr., Lea Salonga, John Lloyd Young, and Jason Robert Brown.

The Q&A was part of Broadway Artists Alliance's three-day Summer Workshop at Ripley Grier Studios, NYC.

Broadway Artists Alliance is currently in the midst of their annual two-week Summer Intensive, which will be followed by a workshop for BAA alumni, a College/Professional Workshop, and a College Audition Preparation Workshop.
