Joe Turner's Come and Gone Photos - Broadway

The Anderson & Bert Cade Fulton Foundation, Andrea J. Fulton, Founder & Producer, in association with the Jamaica Performing Arts Center/JPAC, presents the return of August Wilson's TWO TRAINS RUNNING. Ms. Fulton first presented TWO TRAINS RUNNING in the summer of 2016 as a free community offering to 40-seat audiences in Bed-Stuy's Fulton and Von King Parks as part of 'August in August,' an arts initiative created by the Fulton Foundation in partnership with Joseph Grant, Jr., the Arts and Cultural Ambassador of Councilman Robert E. On Monday, November 22, Bernard Gersten, Executive Producer of Lincoln Center Theater (LCT) received the John Houseman Award for his work at Lincoln Center and as Joseph Papp's Associate Producer of The New York Shakespeare Festival (NYSF) at The Acting Company's Masquerade Gala. Tom Viola, Executive Director of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA), was also honored with the Joan Warburg Humanitarian Award for his leadership and advocacy in the fight against AIDS. Kelsey Grammer and Patti LuPone entertained as Angela Lansbury, Marian Seldes, Elizabeth Wilson, Campbell Scott, Dana Ivey, Shubert's Philip Smith and Robert Wankel, Jujamcyn's Paul Libin, Equity's Nick Wyman, The Actors Fund's Joe Benecasa and The Broadway League's Charlotte St. Martin and more joined the salute. Previews begin Thursday, March 19 for the Lincoln Center Theater production of August Wilson's JOE TURNER'S COME AND GONE, directed by Bartlett Sher at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44 Street). Opening night is set for Thursday, April 16 at 6:45 pm. The cast features Marsha Stephanie Blake, Chad L. Coleman, Michael Cummings, Aunjanue Ellis, Danai Gurira, Andre Holland, Arliss Howard, Ernie Hudson, LaTanya Richardson Jackson, Amari Rose Leigh and Roger Robinson.
