Signature Theatre has announced the cast of Cabaret, the Tony Award-winning musical, directed and choreographed by Signature Associate Artistic Director Matthew Gardiner(Signature's Sunday in the Park with George, Dreamgirls). Running in the MAX Theatre May 12 - June 28, the John Kander and Fred Ebb classic is the final production ofSignature Theatre's 25th Anniversary.  Check out a sneak peek below!

BrightSide Theatre, Naperville's only professional theatre performing in the historic downtown district, wraps up its 3rd season with Kander and Ebb's legendary musical Cabaret. Directed by BrightSide Theatre's Artistic Director Jeffrey Cass and playing June 13-June 29, 2014 at the Theatre at Meiley-Swallow Hall at North Central College, 31 S. Ellsworth Avenue in Naperville. The cast of West End's Blithe Spirit performed a special cabaret in honor of Angela Lansbury at the Cafe de Paris, directed by Michael Blakemore. Featured performers included Janie Dee, Charles Edwards, Simon Jones, and Jemima Rooper.

The San Pedro Theatre Club presents CABARET, a musical based on a book written by Christopher Isherwood, with music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb. The production is directed by Drew Fitzsimmons and Victoria Miller, who also choreographed, with music directed by Leslie Sharp. The intimate 78-seat theater allows the actors to interact with the audience on several occasions, making it really feel as if we are inside the small German cabaret rather than watching a show about it.

On the first Sunday of each month at Kritzerland at Sterling's Upstairs at The Federal, dinner cabaret nights are presented to packed houses. The echoes of Kurt Weill's dark footsteps on the Santa Monica Pier will soon be heard on the historic seaside structure. Tony Award-winning actor/director Paul Sand is creating a limited-run show at what will be called the West End Theatre, transforming an enclosed observation deck at the end of the Santa Monica Pier into what will be a cabaret-style performing space. Inaugurating the theatre will be 'Kurt Weill at the Cuttlefish Hotel' - a performance of a collection of the famed German composer's songs - that will open Friday, Dec. 6. The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities has cast Leo Ash Evens as the Emcee and KendAl Hartse as Sally Bowles for its production of Cabaret, which runs March 22 through April 17, 2011.

The Town Hall's critically acclaimed Broadway by the Year's®10th Anniversary Season presented The Broadway Musicals of 1966, a year that brought us iconic shows such as, Cabaret, Mame, I Do! I Do!, Sweet Charity and The Apple Tree, last night, May 10. Overflowing with famous songs from major hit shows, the evening featured more dance numbers than any other Town Hall Broadway by the Year® concert this season. The evening was directed, choreographed and starred Jeffry Denman (who will be going to Broadway next season with this year's Off-Broadway hit musical, Yank!, which he also choreographed).
