Broadway's WONDERLAND played its final performance in May 2011 at the Marquis Theatre, but the show has found a new life internationally. The show just opened at Tokyo's Aoyama Theatre, where it plays through July 12.

LIVING FOR TODAY, with musical direction by Nate Patten, and direction by David Alpert, played a one-night-only engagement at the newly renovated Joe's Pub last night, October 17, 2011 at 7:00PM. The fourth annual LIVING FOR TODAY concert showcased Broadway stars in an exciting night of music. This year's concert, titled FIRST NAME BASIS, featured everyone's favorite showtunes, but only those with a first name in the title. Proceeds go to the Gilana Shira Alpert Fund. Youtube star Randy Rainbow made a special appearance in the video below, which features cameos by Stephen Spinella, Allison Case and Max Von Essen. Click below to check it out!

Broadway's WONDERLAND played its final performance this Sunday, May 15 at 3pm at the Marquis Theatre in front of a packed house including many Broadway notables. The show played 31 previews and 33 regular performances. WONDERLAND began previews Monday, March 21 and opened Sunday, April 17. The production will play a National tour. As we first reported earlier, at the curtain call the show's love story mixed with real life, as Darren Ritchie, who played Jack the White Knight proposed to his co-star, Janet Dacal, who played Alice. Darren proposed to Janet on stage right after the curtain call with the entire audience in the house. Janet screamed 'I said yes!' In the audience, there were tears of joy mixed with the sadness for the show closing. Now, the first videos are making their way onto YouTube!
Broadway's WONDERLAND is the new musical inspired by the classic fairy tale 'Alice in Wonderland.' Karen Mason, who plays the Queen of Hearts, and three of her ladies in waiting -- Natalie Hill, Morgan James, and Kate Loprest -- perform on the Good Day stage.
Mumford graduate, Allee Willis, whose songs have sold over 50,000,000 copies, conducts her high school marching band through a medley of some of her greatest hits with the cast of her Tony nominated musical, The Color Purple, singing along. Songs include 'September', 'Boogie Wonderland', 'I'll Be There for You (Theme from Friends)', 'Neutron Dance', 'Stir It Up', 'In The Stone', and 'The Color Purple'. Mumford High School became famous in the movie, Beverly Hills Cop, when Eddie Murphy wore a Mumford Phys Ed T-shirt throughout the film. Willis received a Grammy for Best Soundtrack for Beverly Hills Cop. The performance took place at the historic Fox Theater in Detroit on April 9, 2011. View it now by clicking below!
