Denver Center Attractions announces an extended season featuring hits straight from Broadway for 2013/14. New this year, the season includes increased payment plan options. For as low as eight payments of $35.63, subscribers will see all 11 shows featuring Tony Award-winning shows such as the 2012 Best Musical ONCE, War Horse, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, EVITA, Million Dollar Quartet and, launching the national tour in Denver, Peter and the Starcatcher- winner of five Tony Awards, the most of any play in 2012.
Alec Baldwin to Return to Broadway in ORPHANS - Spring 2013!

The New York Times is reporting that Alec Baldwin will return to Broadway in the Spring of 2013 in a new production of OPRHANS, to be directed by Tony-winner Daniel Sullivan. There is no word yet on a theatre or additional cast members for the production.

The cast of the Tony nominated Best Musical, ONCE will perform on ABC's "The View" on Thursday, May 17. "The View" airs locally on WABC7, 11AM-12PM EST. ONCE currently plays on Broadway at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th Street). The production opened to raves on Sunday, March 18, 2012. A national tour will begin in the summer of 2013.

Atlanta Opera Zurich General Director Dennis Hanthorn today announced the Atlanta Opera's 2012-2013 season. The Atlanta Opera's 2012-2013 mainstage productions at the Cobb Energy Centre will feature Bizet's popular classic Carmen, November 10-18, 2012; Verdi's tragic and romantic opera La traviata, March 2-10, 2013; and Rossini's comic opera The Italian Girl in Algiers, April 27-May 5, 2013. Season tickets are now on sale for the three Atlanta Opera mainstage productions at Cobb Energy Centre. The Fabulous Fox Theatre continues its 30-year tradition of bringing Broadway shows to St. Louis audiences with the announcement of its 2012-2013 U.S. Bank Broadway Series. Celebrating 30 years of Fabulous Broadway in 2012, Fox Associates presents a seven-show subscription package featuring Broadway's Tony Award®-winners and classic favorites. THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine 2011 Tony Awards® including Best Musical headlines this season as it makes its Fox debut. Also making its first St. Louis appearance is WAR HORSE, the 2011 Tony Award®-winner for Best Play. Other new shows include current Broadway shows PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT and MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET. ANYTHING GOES, winner of the 2011 Tony Award® for Best Musical Revival, will set sail for St. Louis and the classic LES MISÉRABLES will return to the Fox Theatre stage in an all-new 25th Anniversary production. San Diego REPertory Theatre (San Diego REP) announces its 37th season that opens with a significant work of Latino drama and continues with six more provocative and eye-opening new American productions.
