The Dicapo Opera Theatre Children's Chorus performed their spring concert to sold out houses this past weekend. The 250 seat theater on the upper east side of Manhattan is home to The Dicapo Opera. The Dicapo Opera was founded in 1981 by Michael Capasso and Diane Martindale and presents a full season of opera, musical productions and concerts every year.

An unforgettable pairing of Albee's original The Zoo Story with a freshly penned prequel, At Home at the Zoo (formerly titled Peter and Jerry) bares its teeth to threaten the delicately balanced world its characters inhabit. Roundabout Theatre Company presents a new Broadway production of Hedda Gabler, starring Mary-Louise Parker, Michael Cerveris, Paul Sparks and Peter Stormare. Hedda Gabler, by Henrik Ibsen with a new adaptation by Christopher Shinn, is directed by Ian Rickson at the American Airlines Theatre (227 West 42nd Street). The cast also includes Lois Markle, Ana Reeder and Helen Carey. Hedda Gabler officially opened on Sunday, January 25th, 2009. This is a limited engagement through March 29th, 2009. Mary-Louise Parker stars as 'Hedda Gabler' in this new interpretation of Henrik Ibsen's modern classic. The Actors Company Theatre/TACT (Scott Alan Evans, Cynthia Harris and Simon Jones, C0-Artistic Directors), the critically-acclaimed company dedicated to presenting neglected or rarely produced plays of literary merit, has announced the complete cast for Incident at Vichy, Arthur Miller's searing examination of the Holocaust. Originally produced in 1964 as a commission for the new Lincoln Center Theatre Company (directed by Harold Clurman, starring Joseph Wiseman, David Wayne and Hal Holbrook), it was last seen in New York over 25 years ago in a 1981 production by The Jewish Repertory Theatre. Performances of Incident at Vichy begin at The Beckett Theatre (410 West 42nd Street - between 9th & 10th Avenues) on Sunday March 8th, 2009. Opening night is Monday, March 16th at 7:30 pm. Performances will continue through Sunday, April 11th.
