Opening night is Monday, November 9th, for the world premiere production of WHAT ONCE WE FELT, a new play by Ann Marie Healy, the first production of LCT3's second season at The Duke on 42nd Street, a New 42nd Street® project, (229 W. 42 Street). Opal Alladin, Mia Barron, Marsha Stephanie Blake, Lynn Hawley, Ronete Levenson and Ellen Parker are featured in the production directed by Ken Rus Schmoll, which is the first of LCT3's three productions during the 2009-2010 season.

Now running in its eighth year, Queen and Ben Elton's musical WE WILL ROCK YOU, is set to rock on through 2010, according to an announcement today that the show's present run will be extened once again. Bookings are now available through to October 2010, guaranteeing the show a further year at least at the Dominion Theatre, a wholly-owned Nederlander venue.
The producers of Broadway's hottest hit announced today that Mary Murphy of FOX's 'So You Think You Can Dance' will make her Broadway debut for one night only on Tuesday, December 22nd at 7 PM, when she 'quicksteps' into the BURN THE FLOOR company at the Longacre Theatre. She will join the dance juggernaut that has taken Broadway by storm, breaking box office records and extending its limited engagement. The show, originally announced for a 12 week engagement, has been extended through January 3 2010. Mary Murphy will be partnered with ballroom champion Vaidas Skimelis.

Marin Theatre Company will produce the world premiere of its 2009 Sky Cooper New American Play Prize winner, Sunlight by Sharr White, January 21 through February 14, 2010. In addition to the Sky Cooper Prize, Sunlight has garnered substantial national recognition. Following MTC's premiere, this searing political thriller will be produced at three other theaters as part of a National New Play Network Rolling World Premiere-Arts West in Seattle, Phoenix Theatre in Indianapolis, and New Jersey Rep.
