With Zadie Smith's critically acclaimed sell-out The Wife of Willesden currently running, Kiln Theatre's Artistic Director Indhu Rubasingham announces today that Chinonyerem Odimba's Black Love will launch the theatre's 2022 season.

The inimitable Sandra Bernhard will once again grace the live stage at Joe's Pub in New York City for annual holiday run of shows December 26th through 31st with her all new show Sandra Bernhard “Bern It Down”.

Tame Impala (Kevin Parker) has confirmed a 2022 North American tour with dates that kick off February 27 with a headline slot at the Innings Festival at Tempe, AZ’s Tempe Beach Park. He is set to hit Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on March 14th. Tame Impala also share “No Choice,” a track off the forthcoming The Slow Rush Deluxe Box Set.

Named for the groundbreaking African American contralto, the Marian Anderson Vocal Award recognizes a young American singer in opera, oratorio, or recital repertoire with outstanding promise for a significant career. Earlier this year, Washington National Opera (WNO) named tenor Frederick Ballentine as the 2021 recipient and will present him in concert on Tuesday, December 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the Kennedy Center Terrace Theater.

Bartlett Sher is a multi-award-winning director of productions including The Light in the Piazza and the recent revival of The King & I. Sher’s Tony Award-winning Lincoln Center production of My Fair Lady will transfer to the London Coliseum for a limited summer engagement in May 2022. We spoke with Sher about bringing the show to the West End.

Rutherford Falls is a comedy about two lifelong best friends, Nathan Rutherford (Ed Helms) and Reagan Wells (Jana Schmieding), who find themselves at a crossroads – quite literally – when their sleepy town gets an unexpected wakeup call. The series also stars Michael Greyeyes, Jesse Leigh and Dustin Milligan.

Television actor and West End performer Ben Richards will lead the cast as Gaston. ETT (English Touring Theatre) today announces the second year of its flagship playwriting programme Nationwide Voices in collaboration with five new partner theatres and companies.
