Syracuse Stage announced the shows that will make up the 2019/2020 season: six plays and musicals on subscription plus a special world premiere directed by TV, stage and film actor Taye Diggs. 

Stages Theatre Company announces its 2019-2020 season, featuring a diverse blend of plays and musicals focusing on friendships, adventures, and discoveries. The Capture the Memories season's nine-show lineup includes four musical productions, four world-premieres, a dance collaboration with Escalate Dance & Theatre Studio, and a Theatre for the Very Young production for families to enjoy.

In 2018, the legendary Steve Miller Band's Complete Albums Volume 1 (1968-1976) debuted as an unprecedented and acclaimed 9LP vinyl box set, individual 180-gram black vinyl LPs and color vinyl LPs, and HD digital audio. Today, Steve Miller and Capitol/UMe are incredibly excited to announce plans for the May 24 global release of the collection's second volume, presenting nine more Steve Miller Band studio albums in a new 180-gram vinyl box set called Complete Albums Volume 2 (1977-2011). Spanning the band's multi-platinum 10th studio album, 1977's Book of Dreams, through 2011's Let Your Hair Down, the albums have all been remastered and are available now for preorder. At 86, Chita Rivera could easily justify putting her feet up a little. She first performed in London back in 1958 in the iconic role of Anita in West Side Story and has never stopped since. She returned to the capital this weekend for two one-off concerts, chronicling her life and amazing career. The word legend is overused these days, but Rivera can truly justify the title. She has been nominated 10 times for a Tony Award, which is the joint record for number of nominations. In 1984 she starred in The Rink with Liza Minnelli and won her first (of two) Tony Award for her role as Anna and in 2018 she received the Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre.

The Actors' Gang announced today that the stage adaptation of Academy Award-winning screenwriter Dalton Trumbo's war novel, Johnny Got His Gun, written by Bradley Rand Smith and directed by Tim Robbins, will kick off The Actors' Gang 2018/19 Season from Saturday, October 6th to Saturday, November 10th, 2018. The press opening is Saturday, October 13.

“Dancing with the Stars” is waltzing its way into its upcoming season, and the new celebrity cast is adding some glitzy bling to their wardrobe, breaking in their dancing shoes and readying themselves for their first dance on the ballroom floor, as the season kicks off MONDAY, SEPT. 24 (8:00-10:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand.
