Brand new production images and footage is released today of Sean Foley's hotly anticipated stage adaptation of the classic Ealing Studios comedy The Man in the White Suit. The production recently embarked on a three week engagement at Theatre Royal Bath before its world premiere at the Wyndham's Theatre, London, with performances from 27th September 2019 until 11th January 2020 and opening night on 8th October 2019.

This November, Rodgers & Hammerstein's beloved family classic comes to rich musical life once again with THE SOUND OF MUSIC LIVE, an ambitious, live-broadcast production from BAFTA-nominated director Coky Giedroyc. This release presents the American premiere of the production first broadcast live in the United Kingdom. Paying tribute to the timeless Broadway show soon celebrating its 60th anniversary, one of the most beloved musicals of all time will arrive on Blu-ray and DVD on November 6, just in time for the holidays!

ITV is putting on its own live version of Rodgers and Hammerstein's THE SOUND OF MUSIC this Christmas. As BroadwayWorld previously reported, the December 20 live telecast will star Julian Ovenden as 'Captain Von Trapp', Olivier winner Maria Friedman as Mother Abbess, Mel Giedroyc as Frau Schmidt, and Kara Tointon as Maria. Richard Bean's new play Great Britain opened in the West End on September 26,following a sell-out run at the National Theatre. With a cast led by Lucy Punch andRobert Glenister, Nicholas Hytner's production now continues at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in a strictly limited season to 10 January 2015. Designs are by Tim Hatley, with video design by 59 Productions, lighting by Neil Austin, music by Grant Olding and sound by Paul Arditti. Go inside opening night in the video below!

Stars of stage and screen descended on London's legendary Cafe de Paris, for a bold fundraising event, which saw hot performers get their kit off for charity. Hosted by TVs top fashion guru, Gok Wan - famous for his expert styling in dressing ordinary people up as well as making them look good naked - the event, West End Bares, involved around 100 of theatreland's finest.
