New Yorkers can celebrate the holiday season with the Peanuts gang when A Charlie Brown Christmas: Live on Stage has its New York City premiere December 21 - 24 at The Palladium Times Square (1515 Broadway, NYC).

Today we rewind to 2015, when the first revival of Gigi arrived on Broadway. The musical opened on April 8 at the Neil Simon Theatre, where it ran for 86 performances.

Set in 1928 Berlin, a series of eclectic guests and staff including a fading ballerina, a destitute baron, a wannabe-starlet typist and an ailing bookkeeper collide at the bustling Grand Hotel. Signature Theatre is proud to present the world premiere of Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by DC playwright Heather McDonald (Broadway's An Almost Holy Picture, Signature's Available Light). Signature Theatre has announced the full cast and creative team for the DC premiere of Heisenberg by Tony Award-winning playwright Simon Stephens (The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time) and directed by Signature Theatre Director of New Works Joe Calarco (Signature's The Flick, The Scottsboro Boys). The production will star Michael Russotto (Rep Stage's The Whale, Signature's Art) as Alex and Rachel Zampelli (Signature's The Gulf, Midwestern Gothic) as Georgie. John Kander and Fred Ebb's final musical collaboration premiered on Broadway in 2010 and was heralded as 'an absolute marvel' by The Associated Press. The Scottsboro Boys is centered around nine young African-American teenagers who were ripped off a train in 1931, falsely accused of a crime, hastily tried and sentenced to death in an outrageous disregard of due process. The Scottsboro Boys will run from May 22 - July 1 in Signature Theatre's intimate MAX Theatre.
