Chesapeake Shakespeare Company (CSC) continues its 20th anniversary season with a brand-new adaptation of the holiday classic, A Christmas Carol.

Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre, in residence at CCBC Essex, will perform Sylvia by American playwright and novelist A. R. Gurney, June 15 through June 30. All performances will be held at the Robert and Eleanor Romadka College Center, Cabaret Theatre at CCBC Essex, 7201 Rossville Boulevard.

The Baltimore Playwrights Festival continues its Thirty-First Season with tonight's July 20th opening of Lethal Injection, by Michael Reimann, at The Vagabond Players. I have attended musicals at various community college theaters in the greater Baltimore area but I somehow never made it to Bel Air, specifically to Harford Community College which is the home base for the Phoenix Festival Theatre.
