The popular Broadway talk show Live with Rye & Friends on Broadway will celebrate its one-year anniversary with two celebratory shows on Monday, September 26 and October 17 at 9:30 pm at the Triad Theater.

Returning to Birdland after the sold-out debut of this show in April, Akers once again takes a look back at some of the songs that first brought her attention in cabaret as well as on Broadway, television, and recordings: works by Craig Carnelia, Maury Yeston, Edith Piaf, and Stephen Sondheim, among other treasures.

Created for The Town Hall, as well as written, directed, and hosted by Scott Siegel, the evening concludes Broadway By The Year's 21st landmark season at The Town Hall.

Elena Bennett and Fred Barton reunite at Pangea on Tuesday, August 9 and Tuesday August 16, 7PM, for their first appearances since last summer.
