SOLO MUST DIE: A Musical Parody Premieres at Hudson Backstage 5/4

Stidley Theatricals presents the world premiere of 'SOLO MUST DIE: A Musical Parody' * with book by Jordan Stidham & Ari Stidham, music and lyrics by Hughie Stone Fish and Ari Stidham, directed by Ari Stidham, produced by Steven Brandon. In an untold adventure somewhere in between 'A New Hope' and 'The Empires Strikes Back,' Han Solo crash lands in Cloud City and is torn between his smuggler past and his new status as a galactic hero, as he sings and dances his troubles away, all while trying to make it out alive. The play runs May 4 through May 27 at the Hudson Backstage Theatre in Los Angeles, CA.

Last night Le Cirque welcomed it's creator Sirio Maccioni back to the legendary restaurant.  Sirio's many friends turned out for the occasion and enjoyed a Tuscon dinner from the recipes of his wife Egidiana  Maccioni.

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater's production of the world premiere of Jesse Eisenberg's The Revisionist, starring Eisenberg and Vanessa Redgrave, and directed by Kip Fagan, has been extended for three weeks though Sunday, April 21, at the Cherry Lane Theatre, 38 Commerce Street. New York Magazine's SCANDAL Issue May Become TV Mini-Series

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sony Pictures has optioned the rights to the complete April 9 anniversary edition of New York magazine which featured some of history's greatest scandals. The studio is considering turning the issue into a possible miniseries, an extended series or an anthology package.
