The Howard Hughes Corporation® (HHC) has announced its Seaport Arts lineup for the 2023 summer season, kicking off the showcase with the unveiling of the El Camino: Stories of Migration photo series, part of Lower Manhattan Cultural Council’s River To River festival, and Photoville’s Hip Hop at 50.

Ben Howard has shared a new single, “Life In The Time,” off his forthcoming album. On October 20 Howard will embark on his first North American tour in support of Is It? The dates kick off in Washington, DC and conclude in Los Angeles on November 15. Along the way he will stop in New York City for a show at The Beacon Theatre on October 24.

Ben Howard Reveals New Single 'Walking Backwards' From New Album 'Is It?'

Ben and his band recorded ‘Is It?’ over 10 days in the Le Manoir de Léon studios, nestled between Bordeaux and Biarritz in the South of France. It was produced by Bullion (Westerman, Nilüfer Yanya, Orlando Weeks). The ten-song record is a lush and sonically splintered album which captures Ben working through some intense moments.

Last night, EGOT winner Rita Moreno attended Lorraine Hansberry’s The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window after originating the role of “Iris” in the original Broadway production in 1964. This was the first time Ms. Moreno had seen the show from the audience since the original premiere over 50 years ago. Check out photos and video from her visit!
