Television Critics Association Press Tour: In fall 2016, PBS KIDS will premiere SPLASH (w.t.), a new animated series that dives into marine biology and ocean science.

The popular Emmy Award nominated PBS KIDS series Dinosaur Train will come to life on the stage in a big way with Jim Henson's Dinosaur Train - Live! Buddy's Big Adventure at the Raymond. F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach on Saturday, May 9 at 10 am and 1 pm.

The New York Children's Theatre Festival has announced the shows selected for its fourth season. The four productions are The Sock Who Lost His Mate; Sue Ology & the Case of the Possibly Haunted House; Help Save the Monkey!; and The Meanest Birthday Girl.

George Street Playhouse and Artistic Director David Saint welcome New Jersey native John Tartaglia, from the original Broadway cast of Avenue Q, as well as TV's Sesame Street and the Emmy Award - nominated Johnny and the Sprites to New Brunswick as the sole cast member of Buyer & Cellar, the fourth production of the New Brunswick theatre's current season. Mr. Tartaglia will take the fictional journey to the fictional version of Barbra Streisand's fictional basement through March 29. Opening night is set for tonight, March 6. Mr. Saint helms the production.

Gables Grove Productions Inc. (GGP) has announced the expansion of two of their successful original Carnival Cruise Lines family entertainment experiences. Towel Animal Theater, which launched in 2012 and is now in production on 12 Carnival ships, will be produced on most of the fleet - 22 ships-- by the end of 2015. Seuss-a-Palooza Storytime and Parade, which made its premiere in February 2014 and is now on four ships, has inked a deal to be on the entire fleet - 24 ships - by the end of 2015.

Submissions for the fourth annual New York Children's Theater Festival will be accepted July 7, 2014 to August 18, 2014, it was announced today by Festival co-founders Michael Shawn Lewis, Chelsey Shannon and Renee Barnett.

Jim Henson's Dinosaur Train Live: Buddy's Big Adventure brings to life the beloved stars of the hit Emmy Award nominated PBS KIDS series Dinosaur Train for Philadelphia debut performance in Merriam Theater, Saturday-Sunday, January 18-19, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., as part of a 60-city U.S. tour. From giant King to teeny Tiny, all of the Dinosaur Train friends are brought to life in an original musical story specially adapted for a live stage production.

Street Theatre Company brings Nashville the hit musical Cats as the first of its two 2013 'In Concert' productions. Running on Broadway for an astounding eighteen years and winning a Tony for 'Best Musical', Cats tells the story of a tribe of cats called the Jellicles and the night they decide which cat will ascend to the Heaviside Layer and come back to a new life.
