Today's question is: Who has worn the most hats on Broadway- director, producer, writer, actor, etc.? Here are a few folks that could hold a record for the 'number of hats' they've worn on Broadway shows. Part one includes those who have worn four or five hats on Broadway shows and part two will include those who have held even more positions than that!

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts has announced the cast and creative team of the 2022 Literature Live! production All Things Equal: The Life and Trials of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, written by Tony Award-winning playwright Rupert Holmes.

All Things Equal – The Life and Trials of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a new play by multiple-Tony Award winning playwright Rupert Holmes, will launch its 16 city, 2022-2023 National Tour on Oct. 5th in St. Petersburg, FL.  

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced complete casting for the Special Benefit Concert Reading of The Pirates of Penzance. The concert will be taking place on Monday, October 17, 2022 at the American Airlines Theatre. 

This fall, freeFall continues their American Character Series with All Things Equal: The Life and Trials of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Other popular freeFall shows that have saluted the unique and enduring legacies of American Masters have included productions featuring the stories of James Beard, Judy Garland, Billie Holiday and Sister Rosetta Tharpe.

Thumbs, a mystery comedy thriller written by Rupert Holmes, will be presented in Charlotte’s Off-Broadway intimate Black Box Theater inside the VAPA Center at 700 N. Tryon Street in uptown Charlotte.

Ogunquit Playhouse has announced casting for the Regional Premiere of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (September 15–October 30, 2022).

Tony Award winner Rupert Holmes (Drood), Heather MacRae (OBC Hair), Michael McElroy (appearing via video, Rent) and Natalie Mosco (OBC Hair) have been added to FIFTY KEY STAGE MUSICALS: IN CONCERT at 54 Below on September 11th, 2022 at 9:30pm.

A hilarious musical whodunit! The audience chooses the murderer in this rollicking adaptation of Charles Dickens’ unfinished novel. Written by Rupert Holmes (Curtains, Escape (The Pina Colada Song)), the show was the first Broadway musical with multiple endings (determined by audience vote). The musical won five Tony Awards out of eleven nominations, including Best Musical. 

Terre Blair Hamlisch joined the cast of The Nutty Professor on stage Saturday, August 6 at Ogunquit Playhouse to pay tribute to her late husband, Marvin Hamlisch, on the 10th anniversary of his passing. The Nutty Professor was the last stage musical that Marvin Hamlisch completed before the composer died.

The Nutty Professor is running through Saturday, August 6 at Ogunquit Playhouse. The musical adaptation of the beloved 1963 Jerry Lewis film comedy features the final score from Pulitzer Prize, Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony winner Marvin Hamlisch. Akron Watson, Anastasia Barzee and more will star in Ogunquit Playhouse's World Premiere musical adaptation of Mr. Holland’s Opus (August 13–September 10), featuring book, lyrics, and direction by Tony Award winner BD Wong with music by Tony Award nominee Wayne Barker.

The Nutty Professor at the Ogunquit Playhouse is a newly retooled world premiere musical based on the 1963 Jerry Lewis film of the same title. A comic flick favorite, The Nutty Professor is a story of a Jekyll and Hyde transformation that takes place for a mild mannered and befuddled college professor.
