Route 66 Theatre Company will launch its ninth season with the world premiere of Gabe McKinley's psychological drama THE SOURCE, directed by Jason Gerace, playing March 2 - April 2, 2017 at The Den Theatre, 1333 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago.

59E59 Theaters (Elysabeth Kleinhans, Artistic Director; Peter Tear, Executive Producer; Brian Beirne, Managing Director) is thrilled to welcome the return of St. Louis Actors' Studio with their acclaimed LaBUTE NEW THEATER FESTIVAL, an evening of one-act plays featuring the NYC premieres of short plays by Neil LaBute, Gabe McKinley, Cary Pepper, andAdam Seidel. Directed by Kel Haney, Michael Hogan, and John Pierson, the LaBUTE NEW THEATER FESTIVAL begins performances on Friday, January 13 for a limited engagement through Sunday, February 5.  The performance schedule is Tuesday - Thursday at 7:30 PM; Friday at 8:30 PM; Saturday at 2:30 PM & 8:30 PM; and Sunday at3:30 PM & 7:30 PM. Performances are at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, between Park and Madison Avenues). The 2017 season kicks off early spring with the world premiere of Gabe McKinley's psychological drama THE SOURCE, directed by Jason Gerace.

The Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company today announced the plays for the inaugural Keen Playwrights Lab: Skopje by Gabe McKinley, directed by Christian Parker; The Human Court by Jessica Dickey, directed by Davis McCallum; and Dust by Qui Nguyen, directed by Linsay Firman. This year's Keen Playwrights Lab will offer this year's readings at Art-NY's Bruce Mitchell Room, beginning April 8th.

The Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company today announced the inaugural Keen Playwrights Lab. Under the leadership of Mark Armstrong, Keen's Director of New Work, each playwright will be developing a new full-length play inspired by Keen Company's mission - sincere story telling with heart, honesty and hope. The collaborative and supportive environment brings together three acclaimed American playwrights in mid-career to develop new work and facilitate that work's exposure to a greater audience. The program will culminate in three public readings in April, 2014. More details TBA. Keen Playwrights Lab made possible in part thanks to a Creative Space Grant with A.R.T./New York. This season's participants are Jessica Dickey, Gabe McKinley and Qui Nguyen.

GABE MCKINLEY makes his Atlantic debut with the world premiere of CQ/CX. His critically acclaimed play Extinction was produced off-Broadway last season, and his other plays include The Kitchen Sink Play, Welcome Home Rock Rogers, Funny and Floodplains. He is the recipient of the 2011 Samuel French/New School for Drama Award for Excellence in Playwriting, and his play The Gravewas the winner of the Samuel French off-off-Broadway Short Play Festival.
