New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) presents Rob Reiner & This Is Spinal Tap on Friday, April 17, 2020 at 8:00 p.m.

A special 30th Anniversary screening of When Harry Met Sally, featuring exclusive content from Turner Classic Movies, comes to The Ridgefield Playhouse on Tuesday, December 3rd at 7pm, part of the Cohen and Wolf P.C. Movie Series. Harry Burns (Billy Crystal) and Sally Albright (Meg Ryan) meet when they share a car on a trip from Chicago to New York right after both graduate from college. As the two build their lives and careers in Manhattan, they find love and heartache–with other people–but their paths continue to cross and their friendship continues to grow over the years…until they confront the decision whether to let their friendship develop into romance.

There are four different playlets, newly written and presented by Eugene Pack, narrated by Rebecca Lane, that are 'put on their feet,' as the actors hold scripts and improvise their newly seen dialogue. This is now happening monthly. They delve into the crazy, neurotic, blundering, very relatable characters with relish, which works very nicely for that feeling where audiences and performers share all having fun together, feeding off of each others' enthusiasm. That's what you call a 'Good House.'

PRAYERS OF A SAINT, a dramatic short film written and directed by Santho Goonewardene, will be featured in the 15th Annual LA Femme International Film Festival on Saturday, October 19th at 2PM, 2019 at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles. The film is also entered into competition at the 10th Annual Oaxaca FilmFest in Oaxaca, Mexico, Oct. 7, 2019 and the Official Latino Film and Arts Festival in Palm Desert, California on Nov. 1, 2019.

Turner Classic Movies (TCM), considered throughout the industry as the definitive home of classic film and the leading authority on the genre, will celebrate its 25th anniversary on April 14th, 2019. Over the past 25 years, the iconic network has offered movie lovers cinematic treasures that highlight the entire spectrum of film history, uncut and commercial-free. To celebrate its silver anniversary, TCM will present an extensive on-air programming salute throughout the entire month of April showcasing popular programing from the TCM vault including six TCM originally produced specials such as Robert Osborne's Best of Private Screenings and Live From The TCM Classic Film Festival: Norman Lloyd, as well as airing double features of The Best of The Essentials. Additionally, the network will air a two-week special primetime tribute with 25 of TCM's biggest fans joining TCM Host Ben Mankiewicz as guest programmers with on-air dedications of their favorite films. The network will also launch an exclusive 25thanniversary merchandise collection featuring original archival artwork reflecting the legacy of TCM as well a commemorative 25thanniversary wine through the TCM Wine Club.
