Limelight Productions and ebp (Emma Brunjes Productions), in collaboration with ITV Studios proudly announce the world premiere of a new interactive theatrical event; THUNDERBIRDS: BEYOND THE HORIZON, based on the original series created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson. Landing at the new purpose built venue for immersive and interactive theatre, The Buzz at Mercato Metropolitano, London, performances will begin from Wednesday 7 November 2018 with press performances on Thursday 15 November.

Broadway Sacramento President/C.E.O. Richard Lewis announced today that the name of the nonprofit arts organization he heads, formerly known as California Musical Theatre, has been changed to Broadway Sacramento. Lewis said the summer series of shows that take place in the Wells Fargo Pavilion, formerly known as Sacramento Music Circus, will now be called Broadway At Music Circus; and the series of touring Broadway productions that take place in the Community Center Theater, formerly known as Broadway Sacramento, will now be called Broadway On Tour.

Audiences will have the chance to revisit the Beatles like they never have before, when "Beatles for Sale: Lennon and McCartney Revisited" rolls into the Bucks County Playhouse for a special one-night concert, Friday, April 27 at 8 p.m.  The concert is being presented in New Hope as part of the Bucks County Playhouse Visiting Artist Series.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, HBO's WESTWORLD is coming back for season two with the official name of the new park to be 'Shogun World'. The unofficial name until this time has been 'Samurai World'. The new world is set to expand the WESTWORLD universe in the forthcoming second season.

The Marsh San Francisco announces a new solo show by David Kleinberg, Return to the Scene of the Crime. Kleinberg - who chronicled his year as an army combat correspondent in Vietnam with his hit show Hey, Hey, LBJ! - describes his return for the first time in 50 years to Vietnam.

My Land's Shore is the epic musical based on the true story of a Welsh miner who was swept away by the wheels of history to become the first martyr of the Welsh working class, will receive its Welsh professional premiere in Merthyr in February 2018. A story of guilt, love, injustice and rebellion, set during the Merthyr Rising of 1831, concerning one of the most iconic figures in the history of Wales (Dic Penderyn) and written by two Welsh creatives - composer/lyricist Christopher J. Orton and librettist/lyricist Robert Gould, My Land's Shore has its roots in the very fabric of the hearts and minds of the Welsh nation.

Another video from the Stages Musical Theatre Festival was just released this week. New Musicals Inc. aired 51 hours of live streamcast footage of musical theatre readings, concerts, creative sessions, as well as interviews with writers and producers, all part of the most recent Stages Musical Theatre Festival. The Festival ran for fifteen years in Chicago before New Musicals Inc. brought it to the West Coast about a decade ago.

The plaque on the Friars Club building (The Monastery) reads Jerry Lewis. On the main floor it's the The Frank Sinatra Dinning Room. Downstairs we have the Billy Crystal Bar and upstairs are the Milton Berle, Barbra Streisand, Ed Sullivan, and William B. Williams Rooms. Today a very important room often frequented by Friars had a plaque installed.
