New York cabaret artist, LINDA SUE MOSHIER, weaves a humorous tale of inspiration featuring the music of Barbra Streisand. With iconic songs like 'He Touched Me' and 'Starting Here, Starting Now' and lesser-known gems like 'I'm All Smiles' 'When in Rome' and 'Sweet Zoo', Linda takes us from her childhood in Kansas through a musical adventure to face what each singer must face - finding her own voice. And with one VERY SPECIAL GUEST she just might find it. Directed by Kevin B McGlynn, Music Direction by Phil Hall w/Aaron Heick, Ed MacEachen, Ray Marchica and Karl Spicer. Most times when Billy Stritch is at the keyboard he is WITH somebody. Liza, Tony, Marilyn (Maye), Linda (Lavin), Christine (Ebersole), Klea (Blackhurst), Ann Hampton Callaway and of course Jim Caruso. Every major music performer has at one time or another availed themselves of Billy's unique creativity as their pianist,arranger, vocalist, or conductor.

A beloved entertainment icon borne from showbiz royalty, it was certainly no surprise that living legend Liza Minnelli-a past recipient of four Tony Awards, an Oscar, a special Grammy, two Golden Globe Awards, and an Emmy Award-was greeted with thunderous cheers and ovations during her recent return appearance on June 30, 2018 at Orange County's Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa, accompanied by her friend and fellow music phenom Michael Feinstein. The one-night-only special event-billed as "Liza Minnelli and Michael Feinstein: In Conversation and Performance"-featured the award-winning singer, actress and stage superstar as, naturally, the night's main attraction, which had her singing (while seated) through a few classics while, in between, waxed nostalgic about her storied career and, of course, her famous parents, film icon Judy Garland and renowned director Vincente Minnelli.

What do you do when your Feinstein's/54 Below Solo Debut sells out 5 weeks in advance? You add another show! Vocalist Rachel Ulanet's Keep Me Searching, with Musical Director Matt Baker, had such enormous response she was invited to add another show. 

Vocalist Rachel Ulanet, who has appeared on Broadway as Belle in Beauty and the Beast, as well as Lovemusik and King David,  makes her Feinstein's/54 Below solo debut with Keep Me Searching. Ulanet's funny and provocative reflection on our changing political and social landscape is supported by a strong and timeless repertoire. Performing music from Stevie Wonder, Kurt Weill, Bonnie Raitt, Michel Legrand and Neil Young, among others, Ulanet explores our shared experiences during these unusual times, and their effect on her life as an artist, mother and citizen. Directed by Julie Reyburn (Sondheim Unplugged, multi-MAC, Bistro, and Nightlife Award winner), Keep Me Searching features a trio headed by Musical Director/pianist Matt Baker, with Ray Marchica on drums and Michael Blanco on bass. The Manhattan Association of Cabarets (MAC) is pleased to announce the 2018 MAC Award nominees. The nominees, in a majority of the categories, were determined by votes cast by the active MAC membership. The MAC Board of Directors selected the nominees for Show of the Year. Special committees selected the nominees in the Ensemble Instrumentalist, Piano Bar Instrumentalist, Piano Bar Singing Entertainer (Female; Male), Recording (LaMott Friedman), Major Recording, Song and Comedy/Novelty Song categories. The names of the songwriters in the Song and Comedy/Novelty Song categories are being withheld during the voting period, but will be announced publicly as soon as the voting period concludes.

In SNOWFALL at Birdland, Christine Ebersole and Billy Stritch offered up a holiday show that was equal parts holly-jolly and melancholy. Through it all, though, there was an undercurrent of warm insularity, each bolstered by the other's presence, even when one would sit a number out and simply watch their friend perform.

A more accurate announcement was never given by Broadway at Birdland host Jim Caruso as he introduced Christine Ebersole and Billy Stritch, who joined forces for an evening of sensational pop/jazz at The Jazz Corner of The World. The Broadway at Birdland concert series is proud to present the return of Tony Award-winning actress/singer Christine Ebersole and Grammy Award-winning composer/pianist/singer Billy Stritch in Snowfall. After two packed concerts, the duo has one more show coming up on Thursday, December 28 at 6pm.
