Phil McIntyre Entertainments have announced that John Robins, winner of the lastminute.com Edinburgh Comedy Award in 2017 and co-host of The Elis James and John Robins Show on Radio X, will tour the UK with a brand-new show, Hot Shame from September 2019.

The shows will feature this season's talented Top 7 finalists: Cade Foehner, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Catie Turner, Gabby Barrett, Jurnee, Maddie Poppe and Michael J. Woodard with special guest, Season 8 “American Idol” winner, Kris Allen. The 40+ city tour will kick off on Wednesday, July 11 in Redding, CA and will include a stop in St. Louis at the Fabulous Fox Theatre on Friday, August 10 at 7:00 p.m.

For the first time in the history of American television, a reality-competition series will allow viewers to watch and vote from both coasts simultaneously as “American Idol” is simulcast in all time zones across the country over a three-week span, starting SUNDAY, APRIL 29 (8:00–10:01 p.m. EDT/5:00-7:01 p.m. PDT), on The ABC Television Network. Viewers will be able to vote by text, via AmericanIdol.com/vote and on the American Idol app. Results will be revealed at the end of each show in real time, across all time zones.

As reported by Billboard, last night, Demi Lovato kicked off her TELL ME YOU LOVE ME TOUR in San Diego. During the show, the singer, along with CAST Foundation, brought out six survivors of the recent Parkland shooting. The students, Maia Hebron, Mackenzie Marie Chapman, Julius Castillo, Samantha Megan Deitsch, Eden Hebron and Sarah Stricker, joined Lovato onstage where she commended and admired their courage and strength.
