Smith's new in-the-round staging infuses a modern edge to the classic musical about an innocent orphan thrown into the dark world of double-dealing thieves and conmen, highlighting the disparity between classes and dangerous life on London's streets today. Featuring a remarkable score including 'You've Got to Pick a Pocket or Two,' 'Consider Yourself,' 'Where is Love?' and 'Food, Glorious Food,' Oliver! runs October 30, 2015-January 3, 2016 in the Fichandler Stage at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater.

Hairspray: In Concert! premiered with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Jan. 11-13, 2013, and will premiere with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra Jan. 24-27, 2013. The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) will perform Hairspray: In Concert! on Thursday, January 24 at 8 p.m. at the Music Center at Strathmore, and at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall on Friday, January 25 at 8 p.m., on Saturday, January 26 at 3 p.m. & 8 p.m. and Sunday, January 27 at 3 p.m.

3-D Theatricals' final show of the 2012 season is the Tony Award-winning musical HAIRSPRAY, featuring choreography by Dana Solimando, musical direction by Allen Everman, and directed by 3-D Theatricals Executive Producer and Artistic Director T.J. Dawson. HAIRSPRAY opened on Saturday, October 13 and performed through Sunday, October 28 at the historic Plummer Auditorium, 201 E. Chapman Ave. in Fullerton. HAIRSPRAY then traveled across town to perform at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center, 1935 Manhattan Beach Blvd., for three performances only, ending today, November 4.
