A new production of the classic tale of Pinocchio will be 'joyous, magical fun for all the family', promises its director.

On Sunday, December 11, 2016, the New Victory Family Benefit will transform the historic New Victory Theater into a bustling bazaar of food, fun and frolic inspired by the circus spectacular Mother Africa: My Home.

The critically acclaimed play And Then Come The Nightjars, set before, during and after the foot and mouth crisis of 2001, can be seen at the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough, in late October.

National treasure Maureen Lipman (Oklahoma, Outside Edge, See How They Run) and Olivier-award winning Katie Brayben (Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, King Charles III, American Psycho) will lead the cast in Charlotte Keatley's My Mother Said I Never Should.  They will be joined by Caroline Faber (The Taming of the Shrew, The Heiress, Hangover Square) and Serena Manteghi (The Railway Children). Presented by Tiny Fires Ltd. this is the first London revival of the play in over 25 years.

ALLIE, a new dark comedy written and performed by Edinburgh born actor Ruaraidh Murray, will be Murray's first ever two-hander alongside Edinburgh born actress Megan Shandley. This will premiere at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival at the Gilded Balloon, Wednesday 5 - Monday 31 August 2015.

2013's critically acclaimed new play LAND OF OUR FATHERS by Chris Urch will transfer to Trafalgar Studio 2 between 3 September and 4 October. Depicting the dramatic two weeks of a community of Welsh miners trapped down a collapsed coalmine, the production is directed by Theatre503's Artistic Director Paul Robinson.

Godspell, the heart-lifting feel-good Broadway musical from Stephen Schwartz (Wicked), is to be staged in the West End for the first time since it premiered there 42 years ago.

Chicago comedy groups the Puterbaugh Sisters, Think Tank and Platcow and Friends have joined forces to present More BANG for Your Buck, a Valentine's Day rockin' variety show Saturday, February 15 at 7:30 p.m. at the Park West.

Set during Thatcher's Britain and directed by Artistic Director Paul Robinson, this darkly comic drama looks at the dramatic two weeks of a group of Welsh miners who are trapped underground in a collapsed coal mine. It will run at Theatre503, above The Latchmere in Battersea, between 17 September and 12 October 2013.

BATH TIME, a darkly comic one-man show written and performed by Ruaraidh Murray and directed by Tim Stark, will play the Edinburgh Fringe Festival at the Gilded Balloon from 31 July - 26 August 2013, with 3 preview performances at the Etcetera Theatre in London on Mon 22 - Wed 24 July.

The cast has been confirmed for Playing with Grownups at Theatre503, with TV actors Shane Attwooll of Foyle's War and Ben Caplan of Call the Midwife starring along with Daisy Hughes and Trudi Jackson. Rehearsals commence Monday 22 April.

Battersea's acclaimed new writing venue Theatre503 has announced the appointment of RSC Deputy Artistic Director Erica Whyman as Chair of Theatre503's Board. Erica succeeds Emma Stenning, who steps down after four years, and will work closely with Artistic Director Paul Robinson and Executive Director Jeremy Woodhouse.

Paul Robinson has announced the full cast for his first production as sole Artistic Director of Battersea's Theatre503. Tony Award-winning actress Brid Brennan will star in Desolate Heaven, the world premiere by Irish writer Ailís Ní Ríain. She is joined by Evelyn Lockley and Carla Langley, who both make their professional debuts in this love story between two young girls, who burdened with unnatural responsibilities, run away together. It will run at Theatre503, above the Latchmere Pub in Battersea, from 5 February to 2 March 2013.
