During a morning kick-off event, Bucks County Playhouse has announced the titles and directors for its 2023 season, which will officially launch May 19. This is the Playhouse’s 84th season, and the 11th since reopening in 2012.

Leapin’ Lizards! Broadway In Detroit has announced that an all-new tour of the iconic Tony Award®-winning musical ANNIE will play at the Fisher Theatre from April 25-30.

Under the direction of Artistic Director, Jeff Whiting, Open Jar has announced the launch of their PRO SERIES Of Masterclasses For Professional Actors. These courses and masterclasses will provide unique opportunities for professional performers to continue to hone their skills and work one-on-one with Broadway's best professionals: Directors, Composers, Talent Agents, and Casting Directors.

Leapin' Lizards! Broadway in Cincinnati announced today that the individual tickets for an all-new tour of the iconic Tony Award-winning musical ANNIE are on sale now.

Leapin' Lizards! The all-new tour of ANNIE will play the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) January 31 – February 5, 2023.

Leapin' Lizards!  Broadway in Jackson has announced that an all-new tour of the iconic Tony Award-winning musical ANNIE will play at Thalia Mara Hall on May 3rd, 2023. Tickets for the Jackson engagement go on sale Friday, December 2nd, 2023.

Running now through January 1, 2023, the book is written by Colin Escott and it is directed by Hunter Foster, who starred in the original production of “Million Dollar Quartet” on Broadway. This new Christmas version is inspired by the imagined story of four music icons who gather for an all-night jam session. 

Leapin' Lizards!  Broadway San Jose, a Nederlander Presentation, announced today that the all-new tour of the iconic Tony Award-winning musical ANNIE will play San Jose's Center for the Performing Arts (255 S. Almaden Blvd.) from January 10–15, 2023.

Audiences are invited to relive one of the most magical nights in rock and roll history — but this time with a decidedly festive twist — when Bucks County Playhouse presents a special holiday version of the musical “Million Dollar Quartet Christmas.”

Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) hosted its first-ever full student matinee, on Thursday, October 20 at 11 a.m. Students from seven middle and high schools from throughout the region attended a special performance of the Playhouse’s acclaimed production of “Evita,” followed by a talk-back session with members of the cast and educators from the Playhouse. Bucks County Playhouse’s production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber–Tim Rice musical “Evita” continues through October 30. The Playhouse released a montage of scenes from the production—including portions of 'Don’t Cry for Me Argentina,” “Another Suitcase in Another Hall,” and “And the Money Kept Rolling In (And Out)”. Leapin' Lizards! The national tour of ANNIE, produced by Troika Entertainment, LLC, launches tonight at The Landmark Theatre in Syracuse, NY for six performances only, October 4-8, 2022, followed by a multi-season tour that will visit more than 50 cities in the 2022-2023 season.

Goodspeed Musicals has announced the cast for the world premiere of Christmas in Connecticut – A New Musical. The holiday-themed musical comedy that is sure to delight audiences will run from Nov. 18 – Dec. 30 at The Goodspeed.

The rags to riches story of one of the world’s most charismatic and controversial political figures receives a new look, in an exciting, intimate production at Bucks County Playhouse, September 23 – October 30.

TheaterWorks Hartford will open its 2022-2023 season with Fun Home. The cast for Fun Home includes Broadway veterans Aaron Lazar as Bruce, Christiane Noll as Helen, and Sarah Beth Pfeifer.

Leapin’ Lizards! The full cast and creative team has been announced for the all-new tour of the iconic Tony Award®-winning musical ANNIE. In the title role of Annie is Ellie Pulsifer, a 12-year-old actress from South Florida, making her tour debut. 

A trio of Tony-nominated artists, Randy Skinner, Anna Louizos and David C. Woolard, will recreate their work for the Broadway revival of “Dames at Sea,” when the light-hearted, dance-centric musical debuts at Bucks County Playhouse, August 12 – September 11.
