Mark Goucher Productions has announced the full cast for The Great British Bake Off Musical for its transfer to London's West End, opening at the Noël Coward Theatre for a limited twelve-week run from 25 February to 13 May 2023.

The musical expertise of lyricist Alain Boublil and composer Claude-Michel Schonberg is gloriously presented in DO YOU HEAR THE PEOPLE SING. Global Musical theatre stars Michael Ball, John Owen-Jones, Rachel Tucker, Bobby Fox, David Harris, Sooha Kim, Suzie Mathers, and Marie Zamora perform some highlights from Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, La Révolution Française, Martin Guerre and The Pirate Queen.

The ensemble of performers who will comprise the chorus for the Australian premiere of the concert spectacular Do You Hear The People Sing? has been announced. Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg will travel to Australia together this week for the first time in 25 years for this extraordinary event which celebrates their iconic musicals including Les Misérables and Miss Saigon.

Through five decades of prolific collaboration, lyricist Alain Boublil and composer Claude-Michel Schönberg have graced world stages with timeless classics including Les Misérables and Miss Saigon. Two of the most successful creators of musical theatre in history, they are coming to Australia to participate in a rare “In Conversation” event, where they will share stories and behind-the-scenes anecdotes about their iconic careers, including Les Misérables and Miss Saigon.

International singing sensation and tenor Alfie Boe is to headline a special Last Night of The Proms concert in his home county of Lancashire. The Gaiety Musical Theatre Festival has announced the full main stage line up for this year's festival at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire.

Mimma, a new musical telling the stories of Italians living in London during World War Two, will debut in a one-night-only concert performance at Cadogan Hall later this month. We talk to Celinde Schoenmaker, the Dutch star best known for her West End roles in Les Miserables and The Phantom Of The Opera, about her eponymous role in Mimma and the musical’s universal themes.
