The John W. Engeman Theater at Northport has announced its next special event in their ongoing Broadway Concert Series tonight, January 11, 2013 at 8 PM. Originally scheduled for November 2012 the concerts were moved to January due to Hurricane Sandy.

MOYA AND TWISTED SOULZ, the debut of a new and eclectic band, will take place Monday, January 28th with doors opening at 6:30pm. Opening performance by Daniel Watts at 7:00pm and main event at 7:30pm. Debut Performance to take place at Le Poisson Rouge, 165 Bleecker Street Street. According to the Herald Sun, GHOST, which was to make its Australian premiere at Her Majesty's Theatre in August 2013, has been postponed due to poor advance sales. Producer Louise Withers told HS: 'It's always disappointing when there is a postponement like this but it's a very complicated business. Initially we thought we would be able to use the UK set but it will take too long to transport it in Australia where the market has to be reduced, based on the shorter seasons the show has had in the UK and the US.'

Ghost The Musical will play its final performance on Broadway tonight, August 18th at 8pm, after 39 previews and 136 regular performances. Ghost The Musical opened on April 23, 2012, at Broadway's Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, having begun previews on March 15th. The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, along with the City of New York and the United States Navy, celebrates the 25th annual Fleet Week, now through May 28, 2012. Fleet Week is America's premier tribute and "thank you" to the men and women who serve in the armed forces.
