Robin's Nest Creator and Host, Robin Westle, has announced that Robin's Nest is going to the movies! Along with a special summer menu, the multi-award winning film The David Dance will be screened in its entirety (108 minutes). Attendees will dine on movie-theater style hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken and other fun foods - plus plenty of popcorn, of course.

Robin's Nest Creator and Host, Robin Westle, is pleased to announce that Robin's Nest is going to the movies! Along with a special summer menu, the multi-award winning film The David Dance will be screened in its entirety (108 minutes). Attendees will dine on movie-theater style hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken and other fun foods - plus plenty of popcorn, of course. Pre-screening performances by Westle, along with Robin's Nest director, the multi-award winning Eric Michael Gillett, and Robin's Nest alumnus, the talented Isaiah Feil- Sharp - accompanied by crackerjack musical director, Mike Pettry on piano, - will add an extra dollop of joy to the evening's entertainment.

Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, will present The Last Song of Eddie Scourge, a new musical by Eli Bolin (Found, Skippyjon Jones) and Mike Pettry (The Light Princess, The Time Travelers Convention), featuring Greg Hildreth (The Robber Bridegroom, Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella), Barrett Wilbert Weed (Heathers: The Musical, Found), Max Crumm (Disaster!, Grease), and more on November 30th, 2016 at 9:30pm.
Broadway Artists to Join the MIKE PETTRY PROJECT

Broadway's Max Chernin (Bright Star), Kaitlyn Davidson (Cinderella, Nice Work If You Can Get It) and F. Michael Haynie (Wicked), as well as Jed Resnick (Avenue Q)* will headline the The Mik e Pettry Project , the second in the Singers Forum/EMGCollective's collaborative songbook series on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, October 4 & 5, at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. The series brings together Broadway performers and members of the SF/AEA Scholarship Program to spotlight work of prominent new composers. Following the success of The Patrick Dwyer Project, the series now features composer/lyricist Mike Pettry (The Light Princess, Things I Left on Long Island) whose work has been produced at A.R.T., South Coast Rep, The New Victory Theatre, etc. Pettry's current projects include partnering with composer Eli Bolin as he provides the lyrics for The Last Song of Eddie Scourge, a hard-rock adaptation of the classic A Christmas Carol.

MORE THAN YOU KNOW is a dramatic recreation of Helen Morgan's final night in residency at New York City's Simplon Club in 1932. Written and performed by Lauren Stanford, the play contains songs the chanteuse made famous, including Jerome Kern's 'Bill' and 'Why Was I Born.
