The Shelter - a ensemble of theatrical artists - will conclude their fourth season with the world-premiere of LILY & KOSMO LIVE, a new play the blends the exciting adventure of 'Buck Rogers' and 1950s radio space operas with the youthful mischief of 'Our Gang' and The Little Rascals talkies, written and directed by Jonathan Ashley with preview performances beginning June 20th and running through June 30th at the Connelly Theater (220 East 4th Street) in Manhattan. Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer-Prize winning Anna Christie, a timeless story of longing and redemption that unfolds on O'Neill's fictional "Simeon Winthrop" coal barge, will perform aboard the century-old Lehigh Valley Barge #79, docked in historic Red Hook along Brooklyn's Hudson River, beginning tonight, September 8, presented by Spleen Theatre. The production is directed by Laura Tesman.

Michael Attenborough's production of William Shakespeare's King Lear is playing at the Almeida Theatre until 3 November 2012, with press night 11 September. Designs are by Tom Scutt with lighting by Jon Clark and sound and music by Dan Jones. The Almeida's production of King Lear is part of the World Shakespeare Festival. The festival, produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company for London 2012, will showcase the best of the UK and international creative talents, exploring the contemporary relevance of Shakespeare.
