Variety reports that Netflix has canceled Melissa Joan Hart and Sean Astin-led comedy “No Good Nick” after one season.

A new home in the city holds big adventures, laughs and love around every corner in Nickelodeon's new original animated series The Casagrandes, premiering Monday, Oct. 14, at 1:30 p.m. (ET/PT). A spinoff of Nick's animated hit The Loud House, The Casagrandes tells the story of 11-year-old Ronnie Anne who moves to the city with her mom and older brother to live with their big, loving family, the Casagrandes. Following its premiere, the series moves to its regular timeslot on Saturdays at 11:30 a.m. (ET/PT) beginning Saturday, Oct. 19, on Nickelodeon.

Eugenio Derbez (Overboard), Ken Jeong (Dr. Ken) and Melissa Joan Hart (Sabrina the Teenage Witch) have joined the cast of Nickelodeon's upcoming original animated series The Casagrandes, which tells the story of the Casagrandes, a big, loving and multi-generational family living together in the city. A companion to the Emmy Award-winning, The Loud House, the new 2D-animated series highlights the culture, humor, and love of growing up in a multi-generational Mexican-American family. The series is set to debut October 2019 on Nickelodeon.

No Good Nick, a new live-action multicam dramedy series starring Melissa Joan Hart (Clarissa Explains It All, Sabrina the Teenage Witch), Sean Astin (Stranger Things, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Goonies), Siena Agudong (Star Falls, Alex & Me), Lauren Lindsey Donzis (Liv & Maddie) and Kalama Epstein (The Fosters) will launch on Netflix April 15, 2019.

Turner's truTV continues to bolster its growing roster of wholly-owned, original comedies as the network today unveiled its 2018-19 programming slate ahead of next week's 2018 Turner Upfront event at Madison Square Garden. The cable network, which since 2014 has transformed into a premium destination for a wide range of distinct, creator-driven scripted, unscripted and hybrid series, announced the greenlight of Tacoma FD (working title), a new scripted series from Super Troopers' Kevin Heffernan and Steve Lemme about a fire department in the wettest city in America. Also joining the slate are two new pilots - a comedic medical advice show created by Ken Jeong and an animated project from Jo Koy, which are currently in development. The network has also expanded its portfolio of existing original series, with new seasons of ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING and Hack My Life, along with an additional episode order for freshman series Laff Mobb's Laff Tracks.
