Ken Davenport has announced that the Off-Broadway phenomenon The Awesome 80s Prom, now in its ninth year at the famed club Webster Hall (125 East 11th Street), will be opening at the V Theater inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Las Vegas on Saturday, July 14, 2012. The Vegas edition of The Awesome 80s Prom is produced by Sirc Michaels Productions.

HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING stars Nick Jonas, Michael Urie and Stephanie Rothenberg made an appearance at Time Square's Planet Hollywood Monday, April 9, to donate a costume from the show to the restaurant's memorabilia collection. One year ago yesterday, the nine-time Tony nominated revival of HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING opened at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre, led by Daniel Radcliffe and John Larroquette. Since then the production has gained several new stars, including Darren Criss, Nick Jonas, Michael Urie, Beau Bridges, and more! According to The Hollywood Reporter, Nick Jonas will reprise his guest starring role as Lyle West in the May 14 season finale of SMASH on NBC.

Nick Jonas recently joined the cast of HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING, taking over for Darren Criss in the lead role of J. Pierrepont Finch. The video below features Jonas singing the show's second act anthem- 'Brotherhood of Man.' Click below to watch the video!

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Sara Jean Ford (THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA) will step into the shoes of 'Smitty' in HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING. Ford will be replacing Mary Faber, who originated the role in the revival. Additional cast changes over a the Al Hirschfeld Theatre will also take effect on February 28 for the role of 'Rosemary Pillkington' when current star Rose Hemingway takes a leave from the production through April 29. No reason for her hiatus has been announced. Hemingway's understudy, Stephanie Rothenberg, will assume the role on her absence.

Before he was the object of teen crushes as one-third of The Jonas Brothers, Nick Jonas was a working child star on Broadway. He has now returned to his stage roots as the lead in the Broadway production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying - a role that in the past has been played by the likes of Daniel Radcliffe and Matthew Broderick. The actor can also soon be seen as a guest star on NBC's hit musical drama 'Smash' on February 27 at 10 p.m. ET.
